The person behind the calculators
I'm an independent developer, and I build small, fast tools that answer one question well. WorthMyClaim is one of them: enter your medical bills, lost wages and injury severity, and get an honest low–mid–high settlement range, with the formula shown, not a single inflated number behind a form. No account, no pop-ups, and no "you may be entitled to compensation" before the calculator even loads.
Solo. Full time. Part of the zovo.one toolkit.
One job per tool, done fast
Most "settlement calculator" sites are lead-gen mills: they bury a one-line form under a wall of copy, capture your number, and hand you a single inflated figure designed to get you on the phone. I go the other way. The calculator loads first, and it shows its work.
Every estimate here uses the multiplier method insurers and attorneys actually start from, economic damages plus medical bills × a 1.5–5 severity multiplier, reduced by your share of fault. You see a low–mid–high range, the formula behind it, and a plain caveat about what it can't know. That's the whole point: a number you can check beats a number you have to trust.
I made the site on my own and I work on it full time. That's the only reason the calculators stay fast, the math stays transparent, and a message from a stranger actually gets read the same day.
What this is, and what it isn't
WorthMyClaim is not a law firm, and this is not legal advice. It's an informational estimate. The real value of a claim turns on evidence, liability, your state's laws, and the insurer's policy limits, things a calculator can't see. Treat the range as a starting point that keeps you from accepting a lowball offer, not as a promise.
And if a number looks off, or a calculator would save you a step, tell me. I'd rather hear what's broken than guess at it, small fixes usually ship the same week.
Want to know what it's really worth?
The calculator gives you a credible range in seconds. To find out what your specific claim is worth, get a free, no-obligation review from an injury attorney licensed in your state, you're under no pressure to hire anyone.

The best way to decide is to use it
Start with the injury or claim type that fits your situation, watch the range move as you adjust the details, then decide if a free attorney review is worth it.
